  • On March 21, Grand Island police arrested Jon Ostermeier for first degree sexual assault after a 40-year-old woman reported being assaulted while unconscious at her residence on March 16 — he also faces felony stalking and three counts of violating a protection order and will have a hearing on April 23 at 10 a.m.  Central Nebraska Today
