- ➤ Yesterday, American Legion Riders Post 53 honored 13 (veterans) at Heritage at Sagewood assisted living facility in Grand Island as part of a new program to recognize those who served. The group presented commemorative dog tags and thank-you cards to show their gratitude. KSNB

- ➤ No. 2 Nebraska wrestling lost its matches at the National Duals in Tulsa when it fell 33 to 3 to No. 4 Ohio State and 33 to 6 to No. 5 Oklahoma State and finished fourth among 16 teams. The Cornhuskers will next wrestle on Dec. 5 at the Journeyman Duals in St. Charles—facing Brown at 6 p.m. and Missouri at 8 p.m. Central Nebraska Today
