19. Contestants raced to harvest corn in a lively test of local skill and tradition.

CHI Health Clinic General Surgery in Grand Island welcomed board-certified general surgeon Mikayla Freese, MD to its staff today.
She will help expand the clinic's surgical services + improve patient care.
Mary Lanning Healthcare honored an employee with the 2026 Caring Kind Award and named a new chief clinical officer while earning certification for its cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs and purchasing new defibrillators for crash carts.
