- ➤ Roger Henrichs works his 15th Nebraska State Fair in Grand Island and shows visitors the process of milking cows — he explains that the milk comes out at 102 degrees and will be in stores within two days. He has taught both kids and adults about cow milking for 15 years. KSNB
- ➤ Veterans from Tabitha at Prairie Commons flew in a Stearman on Saturday—seven guests enjoyed a 15-minute tour of Grand Island air space that included a flyover of the Nebraska State Fair, and Gene Gnuse checked a bucket list item while his two children waited on the ground. KSNB
