- ➤ A Grand Island man (Eulisis Martin, 20) was arrested for criminal mischief and attempted second-degree arson after he vandalized the ICE building at 703 S. - ➤ At Tuesday's meeting, the Hall County board approved the rezoning for BLKG LLC's Prairie View Subdivision—a 126-acre project with 33 single-family homes near Doniphan—by a 5 to 2 vote while neighbors raised concerns about water runoff and potential flooding.
