- ➤ Notary Jacy Todd, 54, charged with 24 counts of official misconduct for signing medical cannabis petitions outside a petition circulator’s presence last fall, asked the Hall County Court for a jury trial on Friday after one judge dismissed the charges and another ruled that notaries are public servants subject to prosecution.
