- ➤ Scott Wamsley, 55, from Hampton was charged in Hall County Court with attempted first-degree assault—terroristic threats, use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony, unlawful discharge of a firearm, criminal mischief and careless driving—after he fired a gun at a man’s trailer near Grand Island’s Walmart at 7 p.m. Saturday, causing about $2,000 in damages, and he was later found at Hobby Lobby with a $200,000 bond set for his court appearance at 9:30 a.m. June 17. - ➤ A suspect (Roberto Moreno) was arrested in Grand Island for a fourth DUI and cocaine possession after officers stopped his car in a parking lot off Locust St when they saw signs of impairment, and a passenger fled on foot. Central Nebraska Today
