- ➤ Twenty-two Grand Island Senior High students earned 13 medals in 14 categories at the State SkillsUSA competition held at Heartland Events Center and Fonner Park over the weekend, while Principal D.W. - ➤ Black Hills Energy will refund $4.7 million to customers after a rate adjustment approved by the Nebraska Public Service Commission, with most receiving a one-time credit on their bill + average refunds of $15 for homes and $131 for large businesses.
