The Nebraska Supreme Court ruled the civil lawsuit between AMC and Woodsonia must return to Hall County District Court for dismissal—both lower courts lacked jurisdiction over the title dispute.

AMC had filed the suit after its lease for the Conestoga Mall theater was terminated during the mall's redevelopment.
