CULTURE NEWS

ECONOMY NEWS

EDUCATION NEWS

  • Central Community College (CCC) saw enrollment rise for the spring semester, increasing from 6,359 to 6,624 students with 1,830 on campus and 4,797 online amid challenges after a plant closing in Lexington.   • Rhonda Herrick from Nebraska Extension previewed Big Red summer camps offering animation, digital media, engineering and e-sports experiences for high school youth — registration opens February 10 at local Extension offices.  Nebraska TV
  • Central Community College reported a 4.2 percent rise in enrollment as the spring semester begins, now serving 6,624 students on campus and online (with 1,830 attending in person) despite some economic challenges noted during its recent winter commencement.  KSNB
