EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Central Community College reported a 4.2% increase in enrollment for spring with 6,624 students, 1,830 on campus and 4,797 online. The college serves students at centers in Grand Island and nearby areas. Nebraska TV

- ➤ The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission issued ice fishing safety guidelines advising anglers to check for at least 4 inches of clear ice and wear life jackets and ice cleats for added safety. - ➤ Nebraska DHHS is urging women to get Pap tests and talk with their healthcare providers about the HPV vaccine this month. The Every Woman Matters program offers cost assistance for screenings to eligible women. Nebraska TV
